Prior to last year this person hadn’t been on holiday in over 10 years… last year the person enjoyed 3 holidays! This person takes a pride in their home and they now have it exactly the way they want it, with new flooring, a new TV, and other smaller items that makes their house feel like a home.

The attitude of the team has been amazing with all of them working with this person to reduce overnight support. This has been so successful that the support this person receives at night has halved, which has given the person more independence in their life.
