The support on offer through SOL Connect is used in a variety of different ways by a variety of organisations and councils. Vicky recently shared with us what she thinks about her support from SOL Connect.

Vicky had her SOL Connect hub installed in her home at the beginning of May this year.

At her 1 month review Vicky told us that she has been enjoying using her hub. Vicky said she enjoys having access to YouTube and watching comedies like Still Game and Rab C Nesbitt and having access to music. Vicky also said that she enjoys “the banter” that she has with the SOL Connect team.

Vicky is supported by Cornerstone and her support staff also mentioned that they think the hub has been great for Vicky as she now has something to do in the house outwith her support times. It also means that Vicky has someone to talk to if she wants.

The SOL Connect team agree with Vicky and her support team that things have been going really well since her hub has been installed but they also said that they will continue to look at different ways to improve Vicky’s support package.
