The organisation recently underwent an inspection from the Care Inspectorate and we are pleased to say that we have just received our scores.

We were graded on the three separate areas from the Care Standards guidelines. These were:
• Quality of Care and Support
• Quality of Staffing
• Quality of Management and Leadership

The Care Inspectorate gives an organisation a grade for each section from 1-6, 1 being extremely poor and 6 being excellent. For each section we were graded on we received a grade 5 – Very Good. These are the best scores the organisation has had in recent years and it is a testimony to the hard work that everybody puts in at SOL and the high standard of support that we offer individuals.

The management of SOL would like to thank everybody that took part in the inspection, by sending back the questionnaires that the Care Inspectorate gave you and for all of those people who attended interviews at the SOL office.
