Derek Cameron

Derek is an Operations Coordinator with the organisation and since the OC’s role slightly changed last year Derek has worked extremely hard to complete the tasks to a high standard, being self motivated and using his initiative.

He is also working with two new Practice Leaders and the support he has shown them has been tremendous. Derek has assisted his Practice Leaders to plan their diaries around important meetings that need to take place to ensure the people that are supported by SOL are getting the best quality of life, choice and in control of their own support package.

Over the past year Derek has shown maturity and willingness in any task asked of him.
