Support for Ordinary Living (SOL) is a provider of innovative, high quality and person centred support. We are recruiting for a Service Manager to join our team in East Renfrewshire.
To be our Service Manager you will have-
- Extensive experience of developing and managing services which support people who have complex support needs
- Experience using person centred thinking/approaches, specifically in designing and leading services which support people who are labelled as ‘complex’ or ‘challenging’ to achieve their potential.
- Experience of building strong strategic partnerships with external agencies and of working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience of line managing staff
You will work in our offices based in Thornliebank, but will be expected to attend meetings at our main base in Motherwell on occasion.
