This was a 2 day event, run by Heartfelt, to develop teams of quality checkers to make sure SOL is making good things happen across the organisation. It was a fun filled, action packed 2 days and both customers and staff thoroughly enjoyed the event.
The quality checker teams; Stephen & Archie and Peter & Norma along with their staff teams; will be piloting a questionnaire to staff and having interviews with customers to find out what people think about the quality of service SOL provides. We are having a follow up day in 3 months to look at these results and find ways to measure quality in SOL. We will keep you posted with our progress.
