The purpose of this section in the website is to provide some resource that will help you keep both mental and physical fit through this difficult time whether you are working on the frontline, offer remote support, working from home or are having to shield.

Often people who are involved in care work, whether directly or indirectly, can become so passionate about ensuring that the people they support are OK that they often forget to take care of themselves.

It is important to acknowledge the amazing work that everyone is doing just now in extremely difficult circumstances and the managers of the organisation would like to say a huge thank you to everyone for everything you are doing. We also want to thank the staff who are having to shield at this time for following the medical advice. We know this has had an impact on you as you didn’t want to take time off of work, as many said they felt they were letting the person they supported down which is not the case
