Karen Boyle

Karen works extremely hard in her role as an Executive Assistant. She has shown a huge amount of dedication to her job and the organisation. If an office member of staff emails Karen out-of-hours they will usually get a response that same evening… because Karen will still be working! She’s a conscientious worker who is meticulous in everything that she does.

A special thanks

Unfortunately, over the past few months, a few of the people we work for have passed away. We wanted to recognise the great staff members that have blown us away with the compassion, sensitivity, and professionalism they have shown the person they work for and their families and friends.

Support Workers play a huge role in the lives of the people we work for, especially during the person’s last days. Often times a bond will form between our Support Workers and the person they are supporting and when that person passes away it can feel like a death in the Support Workers own family. We recognise that this can be a hugely challenging time for people but we wanted to thank all of our staff for the way they have conducted themselves and for showing the people we work for so much love and compassion. You really are a fantastic bunch of people. Thank you so much!
