We think that the work Ann and Susan have done over the past 3 years deserves recognition.

The have both been absolutely committed to improving the life and reputation of one of the people we support. This has taken vision, belief, patience and lots of resilience.

They also have not become complacent, as they continually think about what might be possible next and have willingly worked alongside SOL Connect and the person they support to redesign overnight support.
