When you click on one of the links above you may be offered the choice to save or open the file, or it may open in a new window with no save option. This depends on your browser and its settings.
The quick way to force a download, in Internet Explorer, is to use the right mouse button to address the link and then select 'Save target as' from the popup menu. In Firefox the popup menu item is 'Save link as'.
Once the file has opened in a new window it can be saved using the usual File/SaveAs menu option. Note that if you are using Internet Explorer 7 the standard menus are hidden by default in this case you need to use the Alt key to make the standard menus available.
