       Vision

We see SOL as a Lighthouse: Strong, Robust, able to withstand the storms. Shining a light which shows the way ahead or the path to follow, highlights imminent dangers, and focuses on the person. A light which also shines as a beam on the heart of the real priorities. Led and staffed by people who are supported to retain their commitment.
