What services can SOL Offer?
Answer :
Each individual is supported by SOL to live in their own tenancy with a support service that is personalised around the needs and wishes of each person. The support service is designed to facilitate choice and independence. A number of individuals that SOL currently support were discharged from long stay hospital with a standard support package of 98 hours and 7 sleepovers and are now successfully living in their own home with increased independence and a large reduction in paid support.
We can offer individual services, including payroll and external training and are committed to ensuring that each one is designed in a person centred way.
